Fabio Perini S.p.A.’s commitment to Personal Data Protection
Protecting the security and privacy of users’ personal data is important for Fabio Perini S.p.A., who behaves in compliance with current norms in force regarding personal data protection and security. In any case, data processing shall take place in full compliance of what is set forth by Leg. Dec. of 30 June 2003 no. 196 as subsequently amended and supplemented, "Personal data protection code” (hereinafter “Privacy Code”). We trust that the information reported herewith will help users understand what kind of data Fabio Perini S.p.A. usually collects, how it uses them and protects them and who it shares them with.
Fabio Perini S.p.A. does not collect any of the user’s personal data through the site (ex. name, address, telephone, email address, unless the user agrees to supply these voluntarily (for example, by registering on the Site or to a survey). Any consent may be revoked at any time. The user has the right to exercise all the rights mentioned in Section 7 of the Privacy Code, in particular the right to cancel registration at any time and without penalty.
Purposes of the processing
Pursuant to what is set forth in the Privacy Code, we hereby list the purposes and modalities of the processing of personal data supplied by the user. Pursuant to art. 13 of the a-m law, such data is subject to IT or manual data processing on our part as defined in art. 4, par. 1, letter a) of the law, for purposes of:
a) legal obligations, related to civil, tax, accounting, etc., administrative management of the relationship, fulfillment of contractual obligations; technical support and information regarding the products and services object of the relationship;
b) aftermarket assistance, user satisfaction evaluations, market analyses and statistics;
c) information on future commercial activities and announcements of new products, services and offers, both by us and on behalf of our subsidiaries ;
d) promotional and advertising initiative destined for the market;
e) economic and financial analysis and evaluations
f) improvement of the Site’s services and contents.
Fabio Perini S.p.A. in the person of its CEO, headquartered in 55100 Lucca, Via Giovanni Diodati no. 50, has ownership of personal data handling. Users’ personal data may be handled by persons in charge of data processing, by data processing managers or external data processing managers. Personal data may be handled by other subjects working on behalf of Fabio Perini S.p.A. pursuant to specific contractual agreements, in EU Member States. Personal data may be shared with third parties in order to fulfil law obligations, i.e. to observe orders from public authorities, or to exercise a legal right.
