In compliance with the Italian Decree Law no. 6 of February 23, 2020 and subsequent measures, including the Prime Ministerial Decree of 11 March and 22 March 2020, we wish to inform you that under the ATECO CLASS to which it belongs, Fabio Perini can CONTINUE TO SUPPORT the production operations of our customers.


The SPARE PARTS department is fully operational and the SPARE PARTS WAREHOUSES are once again OPEN. We continue to monitor the storage parameters of spare parts stocks to guarantee an adequate level of service and minimize the impact on delivery times, due to contingent service failures of the means of transport, resulting from the limitations implemented by different countries.


The ASSISTANCE SERVICE is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and fully available, in smartworking mode, through the usual contact channels. In order to ensure continuous service to our customers and business partners, we have strengthened our remote technical support team, which is operational and always available.


Our GLOBAL PRESENCE, together with the KNOW-HOW of all our teams around the world, are for us, and for all our customers, a concrete, strategic and timely support.


The PRECAUTIONAL MEASURES adopted during the last few weeks continue to be respected, to prevent and contain the spread of the virus, and to ensure the health and safety of our employees, customers, suppliers and business partners, in accordance with the recommendations of local and national health authorities.
